Accuracy & Corrections Policy

We want calculation errors to be easy to report, easy to reproduce, and corrected across every place where the same value appears.

What we check

Calculator changes are checked against the underlying formula or standard factor, forward and reverse modes, unit labels, representative test values, and generated reference tables.

How to report an error

Email mgtomlconversion.org@gmail.com with the page URL, the input you used, the result you received, the result you expected, and a source if you have one. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual or device-specific.

How corrections are handled

  1. Reproduce the reported issue.
  2. Check the formula, factor, source, and input assumptions.
  3. Correct the calculator logic where necessary.
  4. Update related examples, tables, FAQs, metadata, or schema if the same issue appears there.
  5. Re-test representative values before release.

Editorial clarifications

Not every update is a mathematical correction. We may also revise wording when a technically correct explanation is easy to misread, especially on density, medication concentration, syringe, ppm, percentage, and molecular conversions.
